Notes:

• Prices are indicative only and subject to change at any time without prior notice, until a specific consulting contract has been signed.
• Standard hourly rates apply for all assignments except for clients fulfilling the conditions above.
• Framework contracts (2) are available for clients with assignments of a minimum of 60 billed working days per year. If the total billable time is less than 60 hours, all services provided will be charged according to standard rates.
• Consulting services delivered to non-Vietnamese residents are exempted from Vietnamese VAT (10%), but only if payments are made through bank transfer. All other contracts are subject to VAT.
• Official financial invoices (tax invoices) are issued upon receipt of payment. Swiss Consulting Co. Ltd. has the policy to issue tax invoices for all contracts, regardless of the contract amount.
• Invoices are only payable in US$, CHF, EURO or in Vietnamese Dong (applicable rate is the transfer rate of Vietcombank at the date of payment). We do not accept payment in other currencies, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in written.
• Prices do not include additional expenses such as but not limited to transportation, accommodation, meal allowances and out-of-the pocket expenses (photocopies, international phone calls). Travel expenses are charged for all assignments outside Hanoi .
