CODE OF CONDUCT FOR CONSULTANTS


The following rules shall constitute the Code of Conduct for SWISS CONSULTING, its employees and associate consultants of multi-disciplinary teams working together with SWISS CONSULTING on assignments.

1. Quality of Service

SWISS CONSULTING only accepts assignments in areas that match the qualifications, experience and capacity of its employees or associate consultants and the firm.
SWISS CONSULTING rigorously selects and supervises its employees and associate consultants.




SWISS CONSULTING may participate in assignments within a multi-disciplinary team, but refrains from sub-contracting work to other consultants.

2. Loyalty and Professional Independence

SWISS CONSULTING will under all circumstances undertake everything to safeguard the client's legitimate interests, including ensuring a highest level of confidentiality.
SWISS CONSULTING shall not receive assignments that might lead to a conflict of interest.
SWISS CONSULTING shall not accept any remuneration (e.g. commissions) for assignments other than the one agreed with the client.
3. Fair Business Practices
SWISS CONSULTING shall apply transparent terms and conditions and charge only for services that have actually been provided.
SWISS CONSULTING shall strictly comply with all relevant laws in providing services.
SWISS CONSULTING and its consultants shall not offer nor solicit, accept or receive any gift or other benefit, which would amount to or could be construed as an illegal practice or corruption.
